Eligible for refund:
1、Damaged order or incorrect order
If your order is damaged in transit, or you receive the incorrect order, please email shopservice@chiforest.com immediately after receiving the goods, and attach clear pictures of damaged goods or the wrong goods.
2、Quality issue
If you think there is a quality problem with the goods you received, please email shopservice@chiforest.com immediately after receiving the goods and attach the production date and batch number of the goods you purchased (the production date and batch number of bottled tea and bottled sparkling water are near the bottle mouth, and the production date and batch of aluminum canned gas sparkling water code at the bottom of the bottle) so that we can track the specific batch of goods you received.
3、If you do not receive your order more than 15 days after purchase

4、Out of stock
